Protein quantification analysis-Label-free

Biotools also provide you the label-free analysis to quantify the protein between different samples by using PSM (peptide spectrum match).

You could use the label-free analysis to screen the potential biomarker, then for the more accurate result, you could choose the i-TRAQ analysis.
Without the stable isotope labeling, biotools provide you label-free analysis for protein quantification by comparing the peptide spectrum match (PSM) between different samples.

The sample number will not be limited by this method, you could use this method to screen the potential biomarker.

We will recommend you after the label-free analysis, you could use i-TRAQ analysis for the more accurate result.
